Mid-Century Modern Bathroom Remodel

Built mid 20th century, this very unique home had some unusual work done by a renter that didn’t match the style of the home. Al Rosa Construction was contracted to gut and renovate two of the home’s bathrooms while staying true to the design of this one-of-a-kind home.

Modesto Whole apartment renovation complete! This beauty was a fun one and the clients are tickled pink with their new space. Everything new! A far cry from where it started and in the best way possible. Another satisfied client!
Flatwork in the backyard. Notice two sets of steps and footings for the patio cover. Turned out great! Big thanks to our concrete guys!
